Salads of Eden (SOE) formerly Exotic Tropical Kreations is a creative salad company
founded in 2010 by the creator, visionary, and lead chef Jermaine Dixon, later joined by his wife Keri-Ann Dixon. It all started as a home-based business years ago in the tropical Island of the Bahamas where Jermaine’s culinary art, passion, and explosion of flavors evolved. Much of his skills can be attributed to his late mom who had her own catering business. Since then, we have been on a mission for these delicious and unique salads to reach every home, nationally and internationally. Currently, we serve New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
